Sanyo MM-8300
I've been trying to upload files I've made in Photoshop (so I know the dimensions are exactly 176 x 220 px) and have saved them both as both .png, and .jpg
Whenever I try to upload any of these files, I recieve the following error message "data error 904 Size Mismatched"
Does this refer to dimension, or file size? The file's size does not exceed 28k, so it can't mean file size. Any one have a solution? Is 176 x 220 not the proper dimension? (as was indicated by several sites)
EDIT: I should note that I am using the rumkin.com uploader ( i have also tried liquidfish)

i'm having the same exact problem on my Sanyo 2300... i have gathered that it may be a problem with Sanyo phones only... i havent heard of any other phones with this problem..

i went to t1mmy.net/phone
this worked, perfectly.
:bang: but it is basically a dead site, and may disapear at anytime. is this upload issue a common problem?
EDIT: t1mmy is a little inconvenient, it works, but you have to enter a web address that is sent to you in a pop-up manually into your phone (this is the key difference between this tool and others, perhaps that can help indicate the problem.)

FYI: if you use AIM - you can IM that link to yourself by sending a message to "+1 number" without the quotes... its +1 then your 10 digit cell number. works with any phone..

I used a site .....pix2fone.com ....it worked GREAT!! After trying several others, this seemed to be almost too easy! I hope you have as much fun with it as I did! I got errors with most of the other sites too!

www.funformobile.com has to be the best. better than rumkin imo.
use bitpim. it says that it errors out, but it still puts the image on the phone.
