I purchased a phone from UE little less than a year ago and my Sanyo MM-7400 has trouble charging. With UE I purchased with the phone a one year warranty where I can switch for $60 but they haven't received any new phones like the 9000 or the one before the 9000 since the summer. Is anyone else having this type of trouble? I am from the Twin Cities in MN.

the one before the 9000 like the 8300? Since the 9000 JUST came out, they might be getting it in soon.
If they dont get it, what options do you have for replacement on the phone?

well if you bought a warranty then they should be able to give you a comparable phone if they dont have any more 7400s. have you contacted them about your proble,?

From his post it would seem they have an "upgrade" policy for $60......... but the store doesnt have any "upgrades" available. If he has a legit problem with the phone and its under the 1 year warranty wont sprint store atleast give him a "blade" charger as it apperars the "barrel" charge port goes bad often on sanyo's.
I guess when he comes back on we will have more info.

so swapping the charger is standard practice with sanyos? i know i had to do that with my girlfriends 8200
