I was wondering if anyone else is getting the error "Proxy Auth required" when trying to login to the web on the sprint phone. I have a 7400 and I have been getting this error for the last 10 days. I have called vision support (tier 2) and they have not been able to resolve the problem and they keep telling me it is a known issue and they are working on it. Like I said, it has been 10 days with the problem. Is it normal that it will take sprint that long to resolve an issue with the network? If anyone has any suggestions as to what to do, let me know.

I shouldn't speak for OP but probably means on phone. I too had this problem for several days. The problem suddenly cleared up and everything has been working great since that time. As for taking time to get problems cleared up, yes it can take that long. I subscribed to call tones and it took like 3 months before they got them working for me.

I was talking about logging in from the phone.
It is a little frustrating as I cannot login and I sometimes do use the web for some work that I do.
I am hoping they will resolve it soon
