I just updated my Version of BitPim to Version 0.7.37 and plugged in my Sanyo 5600 and under settings and Com Ports it found the phone but then selected the Sanyo 7400 and I have downloaded all PICS, Ringers, Video's, & My Phonebook. :headbang2

Well...all midi ringers. Any way to copy aac ringers off the phone?

I cant get my pc to detect the phone at all. I have read that you just need 5500 drivers and to set the phone in bitpim to the 7400. I did all that, as I had the 5500 before and it worked. I set the com to COM3 and the phone to 7400 and bitpim does not detect the phone. Any other ideas?

I too haven't been able to get bitpim to work on the 5600. I gave up
