Fired Nextel...can I use my phone as pay as you go?

I have the motorola I730. I finally got rid of nextel but I still want to use my phone. Can I purchase a SIM from another provider and use it in my nextel phone? I am even willing to buy the cheapy phone to get the SIM card out. What do you think? I just want to pay as I go and not be under any monthly contract. Thanks!

Yes you can! BOOST offers service on any NEXTEL phone that will take a sim card! all pre-paid! But if you have a past due balance or you owe an ETF you will need to clear that up before the phone can be activated on BOOST.

Exectly! T-Mobile has some issues of thier own. I checked out thier pre-paid services once and they are wothless to me. 3000 REGIONAL minutes for $34.95 with contact! HUH! Bastards. I needed DC till dual mode comes out I kust hooked up with boost. It will work until it's dual mode time!!!!
