Hello all,
I have a SANYO PM 8200 phone serviced by Sprint PCS. Recently, my PCS Vision service expired and I would not like to extend that service. However, I have several pictures and contact information on the phone that I would like to retrieve and store. I purchased a data cable on eBay and I downloaded BitPim software. However, I did not have any success in retrieving info. Did anybody here go through this process? If so, any pointers on what I might possibly be doing wrong? Thanks in advance for all tips.
