Yes i know there are several already but i wanted to share my views on it.
First off i love this phone, i had an 8200 for a year before i got this phone and i welcomed the updated version of it. My first experiences with the phone where with a co-workers phone that he got through lockline, and our store demo phone at work(RS) so i had about 2 months to play with the phone before i got one.
First, I love the blue on this phone seing as how blue is my favorite color. I love the upgraded earpiece on the phone, on my 8200 i had to have it on max volume to hear, on my 8300 its around 3 or 4 and its perfect. The Speaker phone is LOUD and i like that, and it being half duplex doesn't bother me at all. the upgraded screen resolution was really nice over the 8200, and the ability to have a different wallpaper on the inner and outer screen is awesome!. and they kept one of my favorite features, the flashlight feature!!! i use it all the time. i also like that you can customize RL more, seeing as how i actually use RL its really nice.
One of my favorite things about the phone is the media player, i have sprint TV, Sirius radio and various other MM items. I like how Sprint TV live works, and its really clear compared to mobi TV. and the sirius radio sounds perfect, in fact i am listening to it right now. and my favorire use of the media player is ORB, i can stream any of the movies on my computer to my phone, as well as all my MP3s now!.
I also enjoy being able to use AAC ringers which sound great on the phone. Telenav also works extremly well on the phone, i have used it going to places that i know where there at just so i can see if it tells me a different way, or to see if it corrects me if i go a different way, its just one of those things thats nice to have. One last thing is battery life, the phone seems to get great battery life even while using MM functions, i can listen to over an hour of sirius radio and still have plenty of battery left, even with the current battery life, i will be getting an extended life battery.
so overal i would give this phone a 9/10 and heres why
The phone is durable, i drop it almost daily due to the cheap sprint holster. it has speaker phone, ready link, nice resolution, and MM capabilities. I also find the phone easy to use. for the things i do, MM, texting, talking, RL, watching TV, or listening to music. And the phone gets great reception where i live(KC)
now the only thing that i dont like about the phone is the memory size, 2MB is easy to fill u especially with AAC ringers, and applications like Telenav and Opera mini.
now i might be one of the few people that say this, but i dont care about bluetooth. i used to have a bluetooth adapter and headset(jabra BT250) and i stopped using it becuase my speaker works better :)
