Im new to the Treo so please forgive if this is a silly question but I am upgrading my sd card to a 1GB and need to copy the info from the old 512. Will it automatically replace on sync or do I need to copy the card somehow. If I need to copy the card what is the easiest method. Thanks in advance

Copy the card to your computer and then put on new card. That's the way I do it.

Same here. Get a SD or Multi-card reader for the house-bound bit-bucket for about $15-20. Then it's just a quick file exchange. It also doesn't matter the OS for the resultant use.
