We upgraded to 4920's on our 2000 shared minutes plan. (with the old Vision with unlimited SMS) Looked at my bill online and it was $288!! :irked: Lo and behold, when the rep provisioned the ad a phone she "forgot" to add the u/l Vision!! They supposedly added it back and I have to call in a few days to get them to credit the Vision usage.
There really are some useless people working for Sprint :bang: At least the Business rep is going to correct her mistake...
This is the reason that I HATE changing phones.

Well, I really hope they fix your AAP problem. Some idiot rep nuked my account (entire account) and since then, bills and minute tracking hasn't been right. Been working on this since July 29, 2004!!!
Why is it that once Sprint craps all over the toilet, the toilet is never clean again???

Well wkendrvr only $288, try $1,500 and $500. Yeah twice, first when I bought my kid's phone, he got so hang up on the internet and sms that used it a LOT for over a month. Pictures, Internet, SMS you name it. Then when I called to change my account to business to get my employers discount. The CSR put the Vision to my wife's phone.. Dumb as.. I even verified with her three times before I ended the call just to make sure.. Well, surprise surprise...

I notice that a lot of my problems to my plan usually happen when I get a new phone. And I never change anything on the plan the only thing different is the phone.
One time my unlimited SMS was taken off my account without my knowledge. I then had a huge bill. I didn't call to take it out. I didn't do anything. The CSR did fix my problem. But no one should have to go through stuff like this. It's very frustrating and intoxicating.

Exactly why I am complaining. Why do existing customers have to go through all of this? It is very frustrating and intoxicating.
Just don't touch an account without customer authorization and the call centers should have a lot less complaining problems.

Would have been a LOT more if we had changed phones earlier in the cycle... Good news is that the phone now shows Vison on my billing page, and I called back twice to verify that I got U/L Vision with U/L SMS... Now I have to wait to get the credits applied...

Think we are gonna cancel. They totally fubar'd the add a phone and no one wants to help fix it. They added the Vision back on, but are now telling me that it never had unlimited text messaging, despite the fact that last months bill showed text messaging u/l!! The rep was really rude about the credit too, and said, "You got you credit even though you shouldn't have, what else do you want?"
Yeah Sprint with Nextel is soooo much better

Update: actually found a CSR with a brain. Notices after 30 minutes that the code for Vision on the main number is different than the code for the Vision on the aap. Her solution? Give me 12 months credit for 2.50 and charge me 2.50 for u/l text. Told her no, fix it so you don't have to use a bandaid. Maybe in other 30 minutes she might figure out how to do it...

Well, looks like they permanently nuked the u/l SMS. The best that she could do is a credit for 2 years, and added u/l sms for $2.50 (course that is before the 25% discount, so it is a whopping $1.87) So the credit works out to be about two and a half years.
Its not the old Sprint as this was from Retention Dept...
