I changed my username on sprintpcs.com and discovered it screwed up all sorts of stuff: contacts, games, etc. When I went to change it back it said the old one was unavailable. I know they cycle out old usernames periodically, and this is prob not one someone else would pick. Somehow, world poker tour is tied to the username and I can't re-register on game lobby with the old moniker and lost my $2.8 million! I want it back! Any ideas? I even tried changing it using ##DATA and MSL on the phone, but nada.
Thanks!

Call customer service and ask for technical support. When you get them ask them to put in a numbering production ticket to restore the old user name.
Was a Tier 1 tech now technical support specialist. But no more money!!

Thanks for the advice, I did call once before and she snickered at me (I don't blame her, it was my badfu), but couldn't help me and said I should go to a Sprint store (yeah, right)
Anyway, this time I got to TS and he seemed to have no problem, now I'm waiting the dreaded four hours for the update.
WPT Poker's a lot easier when you have a big stack! Starting over, I did manage to go from $2000 to over $25000 in an hour of playing, though.
SprintUsers.com was created in January 2002 as a resource for users of Sprint PCS products and services to learn about and share information. We have cll phone reviews, Cellular Accessories, Downloads, PDA reviews, Ringtones, all of the latest Sprint PCS news and information, an area where you can find help in creating a ring tone or custom image for you phone, and so much more.
