I sent a file to my phone with Focus. When I received the text message and opened the link all I got was the focus web page. I did not see anything referencing my upload. How do you navigate to the file once in the link.

That's an error. You're not supposed to see that. What normally happens is once you recieve your text message, you open the link. From there, it will say "This is a non-trusted file. Sprint cannot guarantee support for or quality of the content." You then would hit continue to start the download. It's that simple. But there's some problem going on right now that redirects the link to the SprintUsers homepage. Hopefully the problem will be fixed soon.

Hi and welcome. I think focus is broken right now since I get the same SprintUsers web page. It used to work. I think Lee & Team is working on it.

Since the Focus tool went down I've tried several times everyday to upload ringtones to no avail, does anyone know if thats going to count against my 25 allowed per month.
