So I bought a MiniSD card for my LG535 and the disk is blank, so I'm asking what folders do I have to create to put things in? I know the folder for music is MEDIA, but a picture won't work there!
Where do I put videos, pictures, games, apps, etc?

Delete whatever you've done to the card and put it in your phone. It will automatically create DCIM (Digital Camera IMages) and MEDIA folders. Pictures go in DCIM and video & audio files go in MEDIA.

*EDIT*
Oh yeah, and you can't run games and apps from the miniSD card.

Laursifer is correct- J2ME applications cannot be stored, used, or backed up on the MiniSD Card.
The folder to save images from the digital camera is "100LGDCF" in the "DCIM" folder.
( Structure: root/DCIM/100LGDCF )
Also, you can still view pictures saved anywhere on the phone by going to tools:MiniSD Card. !
