I've been searching and can't find the answer anywhere. Recently got an LG 225 and had to sign up for vision. My old phone (Sanyo 6400) didn't have a camera so never dealt with picture mail before. How do I get a PictureMail Password? If I create a Vision Password will that be the same as a PictureMail Password. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dont' know if I'm going to keep vision so I would like to try as many features as I can before the trial month is up.
Thanks

Not the same as the vision password. This password is generally created the first time you try and send a picture. If your phone asks for a password try and enter something in. If the phone will not accept whatever you type then there is something already there from somewhere...
One other place to look is to go www.pictures.sprintpcs.com and click on the link "FORGOT MY PASSWORD" below the login prompts. This will ask for your number and if the picturemail password is attached to your phone number it will text it to your phone. Its possible you have a recycled phone number or email address that has a pre-associated password.
If this doesn't work call sprint techs at 1-866-818-1858 from a second phone.
PS there is a known issue with some LG225's being unable to send pictures right now. This is probably entirely unrelated and is currently being fixed.

I guess it works like this: The first time you try to upload a pic it asks for a password. When you enter one, that becomes your password. I was able to upload a photo. (Wonder if this means that the problem with the 225 is fixed?
Anyway, thanks again. SU is the best!

I think the Picture Mail problem was associated with a recent software update, yes? So if you didn't do the OTA update, you might still be working just fine when others aren't.
