Ewww that phone is ugly. I hope Sprint is not getting a CDMA variant of it. I was thinking that maybe this was one of those dual mode CDMA/iDEN phones but I don't think so. I don't like the phone but i must say that I am intrigued by them showing it on their website. Interesting nonetheless.

Actually, if that is a sprint phone, I could see myself getting it. Simply because it is different from the sprint norm.....................

CORRECT! That is the phone! But the weird thing is that phone is GSM! SPRINT is CDMA! What the hell were they thinking?

Maybe it will be like the i930 which is also GSM/iDEN mode.

...well, it doesn't matter whether it's GSM or not; Motorola can always make a CDMA variant of the phone. I'm not sure why they chose this particular model and not something like E815.

Who's seen the Sprint commercial with the black Motorola phone? I caught it today while I was working. Seem's like Sprint is going to come out with several Motorola phones *cough* heh.

Look people: the casing has nothing to do with the chipset. Just because Moto has released a GSM phone in that casing doesn't mean anything. Obviously, anything that Sprint will be getting will be either CDMA or iDen or perhaps both.
