I have had the sprint uploader (focus) send my ringtone to my phone....everything is good until it has to download i keep getting an error 986 Invalid description....can someone help me please......

First, what format are your ringtones?

they come out in the qcp format cause i follwed the instructions for using the PV converter...I have a sanyo rl-4920
