Everytime i try to send a custom ringtone to my phone it keeps saying i need to log in, but i am logged in. Anyone know another place i can send or can someone help me with this problem?

Some others are having that same problem. It works fine for me. Maybe try clearing your cache. In the meantime, here are the other sites to use:
