tool doens't work for me

it used to work just fine and i was very happy with it
now it says
to login to the forum
so i think ok thats fine
i log in
go to the focus tool agian
try to upload a ringer
and i get the same message to login to the forum
someone help
and i know im logged in cuz i click the forum after
and it says im aready logged in
what do i do???

i was having login issues sometime ago/, without logging into SU, try deleting your cache and cookies, then log back into the site and give it a spin.

i'm logged in for the very first time after using the focus tool many many times on ie & it keeps telling me to login as well.

for ringers, the rumkin file uploader and the vision tool work by sending you a text msg with a link...you need to be able to receive text messages in order for it to work

i'm assuming the focus tool works the same way - not sure about wallpaper/screensavers

the vision tool works differently with wallpaper/screensavers by giving you a web address where your file is stored, which you then access thru your phone

if you use rumkin you can leave the phone number blank and it will give you a web address and a "jump code" on the next page. Point your phone's browser to that page and it will ask you to enter the jump code which will then download the file. No need for text msgs...does that help?
