I signed up for Sprint last tonight and got the "Sprint PCS VisionSM Ultimate Pack". How come it tells me on my phone, I have to pay to watch Sprint TV & Sprint TV Live?
Isn't the "Sprint PCS VisionSM Ultimate Pack" the package? :confused:

yeah some of the channels are pay per access...the sprint tv is the one which offers the comedy, etc.

I switched to the Multimedia Pack when I got my MM700 a few mos. ago and encountered the same situation - when I first went to subscribe to Sprint TV it told me I had to pay $10/mo. But I haven't seen any charges on my bill.

the multimedia pack is wierd how it works. the pack that you pay for gets you the sprint tv channel free, even though you still have to buy it. its kinda like back when credit was given for downloads with the vision packs. you still had to buy it, but the charges were credited back up to a certain amount. the other channels you will receive charges for though. really, you can do the sprint tv pack by itself without the multimedia pack, but you will pay more for the channels.

OK, I am now in this situation with one of my phones, a Sanyo MM-8300. I (temporarily) subscribed it to the PCS Vision Ultimate Pack, but Sprint TV (channel 01) still demands that I pay $9.99/mo. A Sprint rep claimed to have spoken to a Vision specialist, and their conclusion was that something is wrong. They claim to have tried to fix it, but after many hours, nothing has changed.
Should I just go ahead and "buy" Sprint TV even though my subscription already includes it? And if so, has anyone told Sprint how stupid this is, especially since neither the regular reps nor the Vision specialists know how it's supposed to work?
By the way, the Ultimate Pack does not show up on this phone on Sprint's Web site, but the rep assures me that the Pack is present on the line anyway. Oy!

Hmmm... yeah, I thought Ultimate was only for EV-DO phones. I could be really, really wrong, but that was my impression.

No, Vision Ultimate takes the place of the old Multimedia Pack.
