I don't know if this has been posted yet, but I have been having a lot of problems with my Visions access lately, and after speaking with a guy from Sprint's PDA Tech support division, he informed me one of the problems was that my Visions server access settings were out of date by almost a year. So he ran the update from his side, and that seemed to speed things up.
If you need this done, call 1-877-821-8482 and ask the tech to perform a "Re-Provision" which is what this guy called it. All of this is just another step to try and get my PPC 6700 to show the Internet images in better clarity. I just received my replacement 6700 today, and it has the very same problem. So it must be some soft of other problem that is causing this to happen. But I guess there is always the chance of Sprint sending me two defective phones...
Once my account is Fully updated, I will let you all know if this Re-Provision process helps with that problem.
