I would imagine your phone would take QCP ringtones. Everything you need to know is in the following thread:

If you look in that link above, just use those steps. They would be almost exactly the same with the programs you're using.

You haven't exactly told us what the problem is that you're having, so I can't really help you out any more than pointing you to that link.

i have a pm8200 and it works just fine.

Put your .wav on the desktop to make things more accessible.

1st, I open Sound Recorder from under the Start menu under Accessories>Entertainment to edit the file, cut down to what I want. Then go under File Go to Properties, then Convert Now, then make sure Format = PCM and Attributes = 8.000 kHz, 16bit, Mono. Click OK and make sure you go back to File > Save to save the changes.

Next with pvconverter (keep the folder on your desktop to make it quicker). The edited .wav from the 1st step should be on your desktop. Drag the wav onto pvconv.exe (in the pvconverter folder) and a .qcp to upload to your phone will be sittin right on the desktop.

Go to the focus page and send to the phone.

did you have any luck yet?

i use the sound recorder (windows) after wavepad. works great for me. i suggest u use that instead of CMX. after that just drag and drop the file into the pvc converter and that's it. the output will be a qcp file.

then use an uploader to send it to your phone

I happen to have "a ton" of qcp ringtones... what type of ringtones did you have in mind?

I like funny movie quotes from movies like anchorman or austin powers, stuff like that, stuff that makes you laugh when your phone rings.

unless you have the cuts that you like, I can't really do anything. I wouldn 't know where to get them. I have Family Guy rintones thats about it. So if you have any files that you want converted pm me and I'll hook you up.
