I called SPRINT today to get a credit for my VISION service because I was unable get get on all day today.
A little background: First of all I always pay my bill on time and have a credit on my account. I rarely call for credits. but this is what happened! I had called in last month to get a credit for 2 days of VISION and was given a $5.00 credit (mind you I never aked for a $5.00 credit just for 2 days).
The rep that answered my call only wanted to credit me $.15 for one day of VISION. She explained that because of the amount of credit I recieved last month I could not receive a credit for this. She then offerd me a credit for $.15! I explained to her that $15.00/31 days is $.48 not $.15. She said no that it was $.15. I was put on hold for over 5min when I asked to speak to a supervisor. She then came back on the line and gave me a credit for $5.00. They only thing I could think is here we go... If I need a credit next month I will have to go through this all over again!
