Scrabble - unable to connect

Admittedly I am a Scrabble geek! Several weeks back I discovered I could download this game off Sprint's site and play against other people.

Suddently, When logging in to play, I get a message "Unable to Connect. Please try again Later"

So I thought maybe hurrican Rita knocked a tower down...but I could never log in -eben a week or so after that. I called customer service, Because I thought maybe it was a systemwide thing, and it wasn't. She just informed be to delete it and redownload it. And she issued me a credit for the game.
I did, and it worked. For a day. Now I can't log in again.

Any Idea what would be causing this error message?

It errors out before it even loads the Game up. It errors after the JamDat opening screen. I don't think its acceptable to delete and redownload a game over and over again. Plus, Sprint will only give me so many credits a month...

Hmmm... how much memory, with Scrabble installed, do you have left on your phone? I'll install this as soon as I can to see if I get the same problem.

I don't even know how to check how much memory i have available. I don't have anyother games or appllications, and i do have some ringers...
