Don't know what it means but hell none of those cryptic codes mean anything to me.

It's working on and off now.

Sometimes I can send, sometimes I can't.

H 11, C 11, G 4, you name it.

Try resetting picture account in security setting. But make sure you know your Picture Mail password

I have been fighting with this for a while. For about a month it was off and on with the errors, and now, I get an error message every single time I try to upload to my online album or email the pictures. I tried power cycling (which I don't believe does ANYTHING) and I reset my pictures in the security menu, but when I try to send and enter in my password, I just get the same error. (I know it's the right password.) Now I'm on permahold with Sprint, but I have a hard time remaining calm... Any ideas on the phone situation?

<<<<EDIT>>>> Yes, I'm a stupid girl sometimes. No, I'm not blond... anymore... Anyhow, I didn't take a brand new picture after the picture reset. Der. The tech on the phone said that's the only way. Oops. Sorry for taking up board space! :p

Hey, glad you got it worked out. This thread made me scratch my head. Maybe Sprint was running out of C errors and hopped on the H wagon. A post like yours will help others who have the same problem down the road and use the :search: feature to look for some info. :tu:
