I goofed. I had equipment protection on a very old phone, so when my N300 bit the dust, they replaced it with a reconditioned N400. First, they didn't tell me I had to get Vision instead of the old "Web Access" subscription I had, and I had to get a bunch of charges reversed. But the main problem is that although I CAN access and use AOL's AIM service, I cannot get my AOL Email.

I do the following:

Select Web from the main menu.
Select "portals" when I get on.
Select"AOL" from the portals list.
Select "AOL Mail" from the next list.
Then I get a login screen, and I enter my login name and password.
Then it gives me a list starting with "New mail - 0" where "0" is the number of messages. It tells me I have 1 or 2 or 3 new emails.
Then, I select "1" to check the new messages (or "3" for old messages") and it boots me back out to the login screen, which is now blank. Re-entering my name and password usually gets me a "Memory Overflow Turn Off Browser" message.

Is it just me and my antique phone?
