Your Review of the product....

One day I figured out my Xbox uses a standard 2.5mm jack for the headset. I then tried my cell phone headset with the xbox. That didn't work too well as it picked up way too many sounds for use with the game (Halo 2). So I tried it the other way; I plugged my Xbox live headset into my phone. Well let me tell you, it works great!

Sound: Since my headset broke (seems to happen to all of the them) I turned it into a normal over the head headset. The earpiece still sits over my ear and sound is comfortable. Depending on the other person, I can keep the volume on the phone at a reasonable level. If I am driving, then I need to turn the volume up. But the person sounds clear most of the time but muffled sometimes.

Microphone: Works better than the mic on the phone I think. When I use the headset people never ask what I said unless I mumble.

Convenience: This is the bad part. Since the headset is so bulky its not very travel friendly. But if you are playing your Xbox then it is extremely convenient as all you have do is unplug it then plug it into the phone and you dont even have to take it off your head. Thats convenient for me.

So if you have this already then use it. If not, I would not recommend going out to buy just for use with your cellphone as there are cheaper products that do just the same
