Does focus charge ur phone bill for sending pics and sounds to ur phone?

No but Sprint will charge you if you don't have a vision plan.

Im not sure if i have a vision plan but probably around a few cents?

If you check your account on sprint.com go under My Phone & Plan.

There you can see if you have vision on your plan but if you don't it cost .01 per kb.
