I can't log on to vision, I get an error message saying LOGIN ERROR Application error. We regret this inconvenience. Please try again later. I have been on the phone with CS multiple times today, and also searched the forums. Read a couple people having the same problem, but never found any solutions. Anyone have a possible solution, the person at Vision Support said he would "create a ticket" for me. However, it appears that others have been told the same thing to no avail. Please help if you can.

Its now working fine here (western NY) but the system has been up and down. If your phone allows for it in the menu (settings) try updating your "PCS Vision profile"


on the sammy 740 its menu, settings, PCS vision, update PCS Vision Profile.......... so see if your phone has similar.

We have tried that a few times. The only response I got from vision support that sounded like it might be on the right track was one girl told me my user name did not exist. But she apparently made me a new one, and it still did not work. Anyone know how I can check on that on my phone? I have a Sanyo 8300 by the way. Thanks for the advice.

This error is usually seen when the last page visited was something involving downloads or email...open the browser menu and chose "HOME." Does that much work? If not then does the error change? Did they have you pwr cycle the phn?

If you got the vision homepage, where do you get the error? If it pops up when trying to access downloads your account lacks something which denotes it as a 3G acct. (you can get online but wont be able to purchase anything from the phn or your manage page at sprint.com) Only way to fix that is to call in and have a tech rep contact the help desk.

If its from email does it ever ask for your login? If something else then post it...

After many an hour on the phone with CS, I finally got a guy that wanted to help. Problem is solved. For reference, if anyone experiences the same problem, it occurred because their system was recognizing my phone as a 2g, not a 3g. IP Basic had to be revisioned. Also, if this occurs with you, make sure after the person on the phone reprovisions your phone, that you make a call. Something happened with mine, and my service actually got put into a suspended state. Thanks for all your advice.
