I'm hoping someone has has this happend and there is a quick fix. Seems as though just about 8 out of 10 calls made to my phone or to my fiance's phone ( seperate accounts) goes directly to voicemail first. Then when I or someone else calls back it rings to the phone. I can't even begin to explain how annoying that is. The rep at the store said its something in the network and by calling technical support they can fix it. I've been reluctant to do that because I know by calling in for one thing, someone is going to screw up 2 or 3 completely unrelated things.
I'm in Northern California and in a good reception area. It happens regardless of where I am and regardless what the signal strength is.
Any ideas? Experiences? Good one liners?? hehe

There could be a number of causes. One common cause is that you could be on the boundary/border of two different Network ID's. When a phone is bouncing back and forth between two different NID's incoming calls can easily get lost in the paging channel and will instead be sent to voicemail. If it is this problem it cannot be fixed.
