So far i've went..

orig with 660
660 - 5500
5500 - 8300
8300 - 660
now 660 - with another 5500

there is no limit, is there?

I've gone thru so many esn swaps so i don't think there's a limit and i hope there never will be. :)

There is no 'real' limit that I've seen. One of my fellow SU averages about 6-8 weeks per phone and has Sprint service for almost six years now...

Thank Sprint for this perk. US Cellular charges $15 per activation :( I'm not sure what other co's do.

Verizon does not charge for ESN swaps, and GSM (T-Mobile - Cingular) do not have ESN to swaps. :)
