Oh man. I've been waiting for this one to come out. I finally beat the first one a few months ago.

yeah xmen legends is an awesome game me and my friend were addicted to it for 3 days , didnt work, didnt sleep, it was Bad, now with 16 people 60-70 hours of gameplay, play as the eff'in brotherhood, and IRON MAN!!, btw do you have live?

yeah and if you know who deadpool is he's unlockable too, wolverine, cyclops, iceman, gambit, bishop, jean grey, scarlet witch, magneto, juggernaut, toad,sunfire,storm, ironman, professor X,sabretooth, ... and i know for sure im forgetting a couple

yeah and whereas the original had 1 xtreme power now everyone is equipped with 2

That's awesome I wonder what Juggernaut's, Iron Man's, and Bishop's are? Hopefully I have enough money to buy this.

juggernaut is just a tank like in the comic book, bisop has guns that he can shoot like crazy,(remember his power is to absorb the energy that gets thrown at him) iron man has ion blasters and flight ...havent played it yet but thats what ive heard

i picked up the game and have been loving it so far. I was wondering who the locked characters were so far but i dont have to wonder any more

marijuana and xmen legends 2 do not mix, constatly running into walls, and dying while jumping thru bridges

I got this game like the second the store got it and I beat it the second day, I beat it in half the time as the first :indiff: It definetly should have been longer. Rouge was my favorite because this time around she accually does absorb the persons power rather than just stunning them :)

How long were you playing for? Was it nonstop? Because by the sounds of it that sounds really short.

I beat it in about 9 hours... the last one I beat in 19 the first time :indiff:

well thats what a 15year old supposed to do, beat video games quickly i just finished act 1 at a little over 7 hours

I was super disapointed from every aspect except the charactors and powers and what not. The levels and all suck! :indiff:

This game is DEFINETLY WAAAY to easy! My 5 year old cousin beat it! I just told her how to do a few more complex things on boss fights and whatever. Bad Activision!

I want to play this and Ultimate Spiderman, both games look really good, I'll have to pick them up after i finish this paper for english :)

I just watched the Video Review from www.gamespot.com and the guy said it takes about 25 hours to beat!?!?!?!? I beat it in 9 hours and a 5 year old beat it in 17, thats pathetic.

im sure you went thru and blew thru it all , thats not the way a game like this should be played.... of course if you run thru it its gonna be lame, ive used 6 hours on act 1 alone

How would he blow through it? I thought it would get pretty hard if you're not at a certain level for some areas/bosses.

Are you kidding me? Just because you can't do it, does not mean it cannot be done. Its not that hard. Maybe I did "blow through it" but I like to beat it first and then go back and do the danger room stuff and replay the levels to get the homing becons and what not. I didn't worry about that stuff when I was first playing, I just was excited about beating the bosses and stuff... btw my game was on easy, I don't know what yours is on. But after I do it this way I will go back and do it on harder difficulties, I have tried out hard, and its not really hard. Whos to say "thats not how this kind of game should be played"? I play it the way I want, you play it how you want, and be done with it.

Not really, but I used Storm, Magneto, Juggernaut and Rouge for most of the game, which its not hard with them... So I have started using other people now. :Popcorn2:

Also, it depends on how much you die, I died once (with all the charactors) and that was on the Apocolypse fight, which was a little difficult to figure out what to do.

On topic, I'll be getting my third copy of X-men legends two today because they have been defective. There is one room that I go into and it freezes, reguardless of who i am playing with or what I am doing, the second I walk into the room, it freezes. I took it in yesterday and they have me another to see if it worked, it didn't. So they said bring it in again and try one from the second shipment.

It was in act two, but its really weird because on 3 different copies it did the same thing, so I just started all over and its fine. :confused:

I'm on the third and its still happening... so I'll just hope since I started a new game it'll be ok.

I TOLD YOU BEFORE!!! OK, listen carefully... I told you I beat the game, THEN AND ONLY THEN did I proceed to go back and get the homing beacons and what not :wavey:

Hopefully when I get the game I won't have the same issue. Do you know someone else with an X-box that you can try it out to see if its only the game with the problem?

I have more than one X-Box, it did it on both of them. But like it I said, it hasn't been an issue since I started my game over.

The game freezes at random times, and I don't know if its my xbox or what. This is the 3rd copy of it I've had and the xbox runs everything else fine. Any opinions?

This sucks. Every copy I have had freezes literally EVERY 5 minutes! So I guess I'll exchange it for Spider-man or something :indiff:
I'm wondering if it was just Gamestops initial shipment because: it has happend on three different copies, and my xbox has never frozen on any other game.

I finally got the game but I bought it for my computer instead because I spend most of my gaming time on it anyways. So far I either have to buy a controller or get use to the keyboard setup. So far I'm getting use to it, but the only thing bothering me is that I don't have a joystick to turn the camera around behind me.

I'm totally happy now... I thought that maybe if I deleted all the data of XML2 from my xbox and start totally over, than maybe that would fix it. So far, it hasn't frozen... *knocks on wood* :fingers:

If you didn't already figure it out... there are those four circle grey platform type things around his blue bubble... you have to kill an enemy while he is standing on them and activate the switch. :)
