New Windows Mobile phone on the iDEN side of Sprint

i930 (http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=627) from Sprint/Nextel. Windows Mobile 5 for Smartphone all the normal bells and whistles yet it seems that there is NO BLUETOOTH!!! Oh well. My Moto rep says it should be priced around 349.99 with a 2 year, seems much more reasonably priced than the year old I600 from Samsung.

The MOTO rep said Oct.3rd. Which also seems to be the date that is floating around the sticky in the Nextel forum over at HoFo. I however cannot confirm that date, if it will be avail only from telesales (iDEN) and/or if legacy Sprint will stock it.

This phone was pre-sold on ebay for about 6 months and was going for like $600.00 and the guy was saying you will be the first to get it. Can't believe that..... Hope it is a good phone for those who bought. Also you had to trust him that after you paid him that when the phone came out he would send you yours.

This phone has junk in the trunk! It's bootylicious. For iDEN users looking for a smart phone I guess this is good but I would personally take the 6700 over this. It has VGA Cam, no BT and Windows Mobile 2003. Let's hope that when it ships out it has Windows Mobile 5. If I was looking for a phone on iDEN I would go for the i870. That phone is a beauty.

That phone is pretty pimp! My friend that works at motorola has been using it for the past 2-3 months at least. I was playin with it and was kinda impressed... made me want a smartphone again.
