I did a search on life timer on vm4500 and got the following

On the 4500 it's ##786 OK on the 7400 and 5600 it's ##786#

My 4500 has 30,031 Minutes on it, 9,825 calls, Life data of 59,183 on the original unit (no refurb). This is why I would buy another Sanyo in a second.
