View Full Version : question on the mm-5600, on activation..service menu etc..

just got one today,, called to activate in on my plan as a 4th line,, got the phone number etc.. info, then she gives me this ##592074# to enter, to program the phone,, but it didnt go to the service menu.. so they tell me it needs a new update and to go to the sprint store,, so they can do the update.. but i saw that the latest firmware is 1.010sp

and that what mine already has.. so maybe there is a new update for it? I will find out in about 3 hours or so when i go up there, it sucks cause the nearest store is 30miles away.lol

I believe there is no 3rd # sign.Try hitting ok instead.
