i see no reason u need it, but to play around but just call and say you need to reprogram ur phone ask for the master code

Do note there are two things you need: the secret menu and then the MSL. You can usually find the secret menu code by searching the forum, but the MSL is unique to your phone. I forgot to mention this before.

FYI knowing you MSL will void your warranty. If they find out you are using it.

It voids your warranty if you use it ? LoL Are you serious ? You HAVE to use it to program your phone when you call in.

There used to be away to get the number when switching phones online. At some point before you "activated" the new phone, a twelve digit number was shown where either the first or last six was the MSL. It's been so long since I tried it I am not sure if it even still exists.

if you have the data cable, you can use bitpim and get the msl code. search the forums, this has been posted.

u can do some serious damage if u know a listing of MSL codes that's why you aren't supposed to know it. Have u ever watched the movie "I got the hook up" wit master p and them? If you get caught doing something like that you will be in a federal prision...
