I looked at my bill yesterday and discovered that my son had ran up charges of over 400.00 dollars. I immediatley suspended his line but I can't afford to pay the bill. I only have 5 more months before my contract expires. Please respond. Thanks.

Yeesh...that's awful. I remember when I was in high school I ran up a internet bill of $600 accidently and AT&T was pretty nice about it and cut the bill in half. But cell phone companies make most of their money from overages. I guess your best bet is to plead for mercy...or at least work out a payment plan. Sorry I can't be much more help.

About the only thing you can do is call Cust Service, although you are somewhat at their mercy. I'm sure they have had many customers with the same problem and I would hope they would work with you. Let us know how it turns out.
