If you live in a storm area from Katrina just call CS and tell them, they will give you 50% off sept. and oct. .

Call CS and inquire. Your peoperty may have been damaged in that area and the knocked out cell towers is what they are most likely crediting back, plus its a sign of "goodwill" to customers who are having a hard time financially

the discount is available in certain CSA's (coverage service areas) that are listed. i think it's 8 CSA's but i'll have to check. But they are covering overage, roaming, text messaging and either a 10,50, or 100% discount. so it's a really good job done by sprint IMO. I don't know what cingular and verizon are offering but it can't beat 100% off and covering all overages.
