HELP!!!! I TRIED TO USE BITPIM ON 5600 and it del my contacts is there anyway i can recover my contact list????

More then likely.... No... This is why if you don't know what you're doing, you shouldn't do it.

Nope, this ain't no HDD on your phone.. you lost 'em. Always a good idea to have the important numbers written elsewhere.

Wow, that blows.

After I use BitPim for my contacts I send it to a web based email account (gmail) so I can never lose my phone numbers ever again. I have 204 numbers, email address, etc.

Be happy you didnt fry your phone. I will never use bitpim again after what it did to my 7400 back in the day
