View Full Version : My screen is black (Sanyo RL-4920)

After dropping my phone so many times, the last time finally did it. The screen on my sanyo 4920 will still light up, but shows nothing but blackness. Anyone know how much it would be to get this fixed? Or know if there's a way to use a data link cable to access my phone book? Or anyway i can salvage my phone book before i get a new phone? I bought the phone on ebay so i don't have a warranty on it. Please help.

That sucks man sorry to hear that. Try taking the phone to the sprint store and see if the tech can get a printout or put it onto a new phone. :)

the store can get it printed out, as long as it powers on
