Alright! Love to see another big one bite the dust! Now all I need is Texas and Texas A&M to lose, and I'm set!

Go Huskers!

Texas is OVERRATED! I'm not saying NU is great this year, but I think in 1-2 more years, our fresh team will be top-25.

(As I type this, Maine scores a touchdown at PAT, making the game 15-7, and sneak dies a little inside)

Oh yeah, Go Huskers!

I need to start watching college football, again. I just saw Texas A&M vs. Clemson was on...I should watch it. :) I don't follow the players much, or anything......just the teams.

Hey, you better go vote for Herbie Husker; he's in the Capital One Bowl, for mascots.

It's SEC vs. Big Ten.........so, I guess the local mascot for me would be Bruiser from Baylor. (Sic 'em Bears!)

Of course I voted! And he's winning! ( at least we might win something this year  )

Woohoo! Touchdown! 21-7..

12 sacks, 1 game! :) Our defense is looking great, special teams is great.. offense is doing absolutely terrible.

Despite NUs terrible offense, the defense did awesome; -6 yards rushing, 12 sacks (we had 25 ALL last season), and we got more return yardage by HALF-TIME than we did ALL last season.

I'm excited to have the blackshirts back! Our special teams did awesome, but we lost Steve Octavian, one our best OLBs, probably for the season due to a broken leg/ankle. Still, Wake Forest next week, at home.. I may buy tickets for that game. I think the Huskers have a great team this year. They just need to work on their offense (specifically calling the right plans.. Callahan!!).

Texas.. worries me. They crushed Lafayette today. If anyone will take the Big 12 south, it'll be Texas. I think NU will take the Big 12 north, though, then get crushed by Texas.

Oh yeah, no penalties against the Huskers, either. Woohoo!

Don't forget Texas, though. They're gonna keep the Big 12 afloat this year.
