Is anyone else having an issue using DataPilot to upload their ringtones?

I keep getting an error after the transfer is complete.

"Error #1"
"Communication error occurred! Please check the
communication settings and cable or IrDA connection."

"Connected phone model"
"SCP-8300(MM-8300)"

Any ideas?

*Note: I can download pictures from my phone fine using the same software.*
