I have version XG23. Clearly an older version. I wasnt having many problems with my phone until about 4 days ago when I started getting 1 or 2 signal bars consistently at best. Dropped calls all over the place and no end in site. No idea whether its the phone or the reception all of a sudden. Its as if a cell tower was destroyed. Anyone know anything about the changes in firmware for this phone and suggest I upgrade? Also, I bought this phone a year ago and have all packaging and receipt. Bought at a SprintPCS store. Is there any options available to me to bring it in, explain to them it keeps dropping calls and either get a new one of these or get the purchase credit towards something else?
