I once found this site where you picked any MP3 off of your computer, uploaded it to this site, picked the start and stop time you wanted your ringer to be, and the site would convert it and send a link to your phone to download it, but for the life of me can't remember the site. Anyone know?

possibly www.d-d-n.com which is now a pay site, and imo not very good. you can always make your own ringers, look in the faq section for "how to".
