Joining the utter-failure LG keyboard slider for Cingular and the overly fashionable Nokia 7280, Samsung's i730 EVDO WiFi Bluetooth slider PDA flunked Mobileburn's test.

Why?
Poor battery life
Had to switch OFF phone to use Wi-Fi! Can you believe this?
Bad reception (a big surprise, right?)
Again, another poorly engineered Samsung high-end phone. Nokia's not-yet-finished 7710 actually scored higher- and it's the first consumer S90 device available- that's how bad Samsung and Verizon got it!

Samsung's poor engineering is to blame for this one. Here's an example where Samsung is last in engineering, last in quality, last in innovation. So take Samsung's upcoming lineup with a grain of salt- just because it reads well on the spec sheet doesn't mean Samsung is capable of delivering the phone.
