I had $2.50 for 100 messages (normally $5), I have no idea how or why or what happened.

I added a new line and ws told I could get 100 msg for $2.50 as well. However, I have not heard of it applying to unlimited. If so, I would jump on that. I was told that unlimited still costs $10.

The new rule/pricing for Vision and SMS is $10/mo for Vision, $5/mo for 100SMS, $10/mo for unl SMS *on the primary line*, AND 50% off on sub lines.

So 100SMS on a 2nd line would be $2.50.

If you had the older Vision option that originally included 100SMS, (either $10/mo or $15/mo), then to add unlimited SMS on the shared line might be added for $2.50/mo, depending on how the CS rep you get interprets the rules...

well what it was, was half off of 7 pm , which would have been 2.50.
WHen a person has a contract renewal we can offer such things as 10% or 5% off of mrc, free 7pm or 1/2 off of 7pm etc..The thing is you can only use 1 and not both we get sales credit off of that, she tried to get as much as possible but it didnt work

it may have been 3.50 for 7pm if its 7.00 in your market, but that what it was and no you are not going to hear about reason being its only offered to certain people.

Depends on what you got, i have unlimited text message now for $5, only if you have the $15 picture pack.

I asked eCare about the $2.50/mo for unlimited text messaging, and they said noway. $5/mo is the lowest they will be able to go. However, one of my subs got it for $2.50/mo for unlimited SMS. Being that I heard after September 2, unlimited is going to be $15/mo, I consider that a really good deal.

Bingo! Dude, I am not taking any chances. I did that and I missed grandfathered vision by 1 month!!! I have to actually PAY for unlimited text messaging because I waited for one month trying to decide if I wanted vision or not!!!

Ya, okay. Unlimited text may not be $15/mo, but hey, I learned my lesson already ... I am not taking any chances.

We need Sprint plan insurance ... if a rep messes up our plan, we can get back the old grandfathered codes without any hassles. Called eCare today and still, to this day, can't get back the old grandfathered code that the rep verified and admitted, was removed without my authorization on July 29, 2004!!! Wussup with the removal of grandfathered codes from accounts without customer consent???

Just got unlimited vision picture pack and text messages for $15/month thru eCare. I had free vision till a plan change on primary line, was able to keep free on secondary and finally got the same plan I had free for the $15 charge. Even after all that, its still a great deal. :deal: Maybe in 6 months or so they will give me the same for $10

I to have unlimited text for 2.50, although its only on my subs off of my primary, I still pay 10$ on my primary but my subs are all 2.50, it is only available in certain markets though. I was also recently told when changing a phone number on my account that if i change my number the unlimited text for 2.50 would be lost for that line, as its a grandfathered plan that was only available for a few weeks before being cancelled. tier one agents at sprint no longer have the ability to add this 2.50 unlimited text plan, a seneior rep is needed to get it, and good luck reaching them unless you call to cancel.
