Hey, just wondering if anyone figured out a way to back up games and apps from their cellphones. I made a lot of purchases but my progs are no longer in my content manager bc they expired, so I'd like to back them up.

Well, after doing some research, I found out that I am supposed to go into the filesystem ->data->brew. Well, there is no DATA tab, it is missing. Any help would be appreciated.

each phone has the jar/jad files in diff locations. if you have access to your filesystem.. you should just poke around everywhere looking for .jad/.jar files.

on my a900... Brew > Shared > Jas > Content.

yes, I have tried look on the phone files, but only thing I see is numbers. I do not see any potential folder that may have this .jar/.jad files.... Any suggestions?

which phone? if its a newer samsung.. im pretty sure itll be in the folder i posted above.

i have a compilation of games in 2 cd's so i dont have to worry to back it up.

Im trying this on a Sanyo 8200. I want to back some of the games to put them on my new phone.... w/o luck.
