I'm having nothing but trouble trying to get images into my 325.
The file format is .jpg right?
I've used both focus and rumpkin to no avail. I always get "Unsupported Image Type"
However, if I use 3gwiz.com and their images it works just fine.
Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!

Sometimes phones are just picky and you need to fiddle around until you get used to it. With my 8920, I used to have to set a very specific color profile to get images to work. Some would work without a color profile and some wouldn't, but if I used the color profile every single image worked without a problem.
If you want, PM me one of the screen savers and I'll save it with a few different profiles and settings. That way you can at least see if that would help, which would be the first step to resolving the issue.

Just got the phone Sat and discovered I had the same problem, and was not happy... So I spent several hours today researching how to fix the problem. Basically I just put together a quick and dirty website that I can goto on my phone and d/l the screensavers I had made.
If you or anyone else needs me to host their pics just email me at caffeine@caffeinepoweredmedia.com and include your pic (please resize on your own to 128X160) and I will email you back with where to go on line to get it. If you need help resizing, let me know...

Sager,
Thanks. So, I assume that this is more complex than just having a wrong color profile or something in the jpg file?
Can you post one of your jps here and I can see if just laying an image over it in Photoshop will help?
Thanks

Yeah no prob...
The one thing I also noticed about my files is I am going to shrink them from 160 pixels in length to something smaller because the caller info covers up part of the pic on a call...
You can get one of my pics here:

I just used the deafault colorprofile in Photoshop when I made mine. Also if you want to surf to myD/L page on your phone to check if the your phone is working properly goto
http://www.caffeinepoweredmedia.com/spcs/
From there everything that is listed except the Gps Tester is a screensaver...
Need anything else let me know...

BTW Don't know what the specific problem is, but basically I am just bypassing the uploaders, creating my own gcd files and hosting them on my own server... Makes life much easier for me and my wife since we will both be D/Ling most of the pics and ringtones... I think it is a problem with how the PM-325 is handeling messaging with attached URLs...

Yes it worked fine when navigating that way.
So how do you make the gcd files?

Yeah I got a gcd creator... Its a 2 click operation so I don't mind doing that for you...
You can actually D/L the creator from the Downloads area of this site, but I am happy to make it for you...

I was just messing around and I think I found the solution. I don’t know about ringtones but I know it works for wallpaper. I took a pic that I had on my computer and then opened it with paint. I then changed the skew of the pic and made it to 130X160 cause that is what our phone is. Then I found this site. http://www.funformobile.com/index.php i then used the site and it works fine. Please let me know if you have questions. Thanks for the help!
