Ok I know amny of you have issues with this phon, I did at first as well. But I have slowly come to love the phone. I am a Firefighter in Indiana as well as a snall biz owner. I have a Treo 650 that I love and use for myself/company and a LG-325 that is my work phone. I, as you can imagine, am very hard on phones and when I first got the 325 thought "Wow, this wont last" but have proved that not to be the case. The phone has just as good reception as my Treo and, believe it or not is probably the mast durable phone I have had yet. Although the phone is small and feels like a cheap toy in your hands it has lived through some major abuse by me. The phone has survived everything from short drops, high heat, lots of water and............drum roll please, a 30 foot drop. Now it has a good amount of surface damage all just cosmetic, but still works the same as the day I got it. The nicest feature for me is the size, being a FF and a medic my pockets have a enough stuff in them as there is and this sure frees up some much needed space in my duty pants. I have not experienced any of the problems other have mentioned, luck I guess. I would suggest this phone to anyone looking at it. I have had 5 phones in the past 16 months and this is the most durable reliable phone of them all, and as I said in the begining would not have thought it to last more than a week in the begining.
