if it still doesnt work than you should call Customer Service and ask whats happening. if they cant tell you nothing than you should cancel the subscription

Mine's working fine also. Although, when I watch T.V, I get a sound stutter about every 10-20 seconds. It's annoying watching a news report then it stutters for a second and I can't hear what was said. "In other news *stutter* had a minor stroke." Very annoying.
