Hello, I would like to know how do you keep the service light on the phone instead of it blinking every few seconds, because i saw in a store displayed model the service light of the phone was on full time, so I would like to know how to do it. And if you didn't already know the phone model is for the Samsung A700.

personally I don't know, but it should be in the user manual (most likely under settings), if you don't have one, you can view the manual online at sprintpcs.com or you can call up customer service and ask them if they can check it for you(not a quick resolution as they will have to check the manual themselves unless on the offchance you get someone who has that phone, but it is an easier route for you) Also a store can switch the settings for you, and even show you how to do it.
That light is just there to indicate the status of the service. It will only flash when the phone is not charging. When the phone is charging, it's an indicator of whether the phone is charging or not. If it's solid green, it's done charging. If it's solid red, it's in the process or charging. I believe the service light also tells of a missed call or an unread text message. At least, it does on my A740.
