ok I'm new to this. I can stay logged on to AOL IM on my phone and as long as Im not on the web I won't be charged for anything. I was just wondering because when I go to signoff IM it says "charges are incurred ONLY when actively using AIM". Does any one know what charges they are talking about. Thanks,

I think they mean vision charges, but I'm not really sure. I'd like to know the official answer myself.
